- Accuracy. Facts, figures and rules should come from authoritative sources such as government agencies, public-health bodies or universities, with links so readers can check them.
- Readable structure, with a clear answer near the top, helpful headings and no padding.
- A fair, independent tone. We do not publish fake reviews, invented statistics or exaggerated claims.
